Anne Ward and Bob Sandidge are change agents, authors, trainers, facilitators, coaches, thought leaders and consultants who have worked energetically in the realms of Change, Growth, Communications, Marketing, and Organizational and Personal Development  since 1991.

Their focus is on developing and working with people to help them achieve personal and business successes. In addition to  work with numerous companies (large and small) they have extensive experience with non profit human service agencies.

Bob and Anne's work involves consulting and training with these companies and agencies in the areas of Communications, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Productivity, Outcome Focused Planning and Thinking, Management Development, Coaching Skills for Team Leaders, Effective Meeting and Presentation skills, Wellness and Stress reduction, and Team and Relationship Building. They have facilitated executive leadership groups in strategic planning and in the implementation of Organizational Outcomes.

Bob & Anne have founded and run their own companies (Bob, Marketing Communications Media - Anne, Oriental paper imports and gift wrap) and have worked extensively in management, marketing communication, market development, sales and customer service training, both for themselves and on consulting projects for key clients.

Anne and Bob are certified NLP Practitioners, Trainers, and Coaches and are Affiliated with Brain Technologies (Thinking Style Instruments), The David Lazear Group (Multiple-Intelligences), Chris Cowan (Spiral Dynamics) and have studied with Jean Houston, Dudley Lynch, David Lazear, Peter Kline, Marshall Rosenberg, Tony Robins, Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Tim Hallbom, Kris Hallbom, Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Tad James, Wyatt Woodsmall, Michael Banks, Klaus Boetcher, David Gordon, Dr. Darren Weissman, Dr. Tom Bayne, Ram Dass, Art Dykstra, and Tom Peters (to name only a few). They also study and practice Solutions Focus. Both read (and practice what they read) extensively in the areas of business, personal and spiritual development, and new organizational paradigms. For Bob and Anne training and consulting is a "healing art." Their approach is systemic and holistic while being personal and integrative.

Not content to learn and listen, they also are active with writing, voice over work and audio design for training and other media programs.

They are authors of a chapter on Reframing in the book Quality Performance in Human Services: Leadership, Values, and Vision published by BROOKES Publishing and co-authored a book commissioned by The Illinois Planning Council,  What People With Disabilities are Saying About Living in the Community. They are columnists on Motivation for The McHenry County Business Journal and contributors to other publications. Their most recent work in collaboration with Sandra Larkin and other health practitioners is Healthy Profits, The 5 Elements of Strategic Wellness in The Workplace. Anne is currently working on a book, Focus Rules, dealing with strategies and techniques to help people focus and concentrate in a world of multitasking and ADD.

Bob and Anne live and work from their studio on the Fox River in Algonquin, Illinois (between Chicago and Rockford) and are active members of the Unitarian Universalists Church of Elgin, The Association for Research and Enlightenment of Virginia Beach, The Crystal Lake and McHenry Chamber of Commerce, Green Business Referral Exchange, Green Business Task Force, Posi+ive Charge! and other professional, charitable, and business organizations.
