Anne Ward and Bob Sandidge are change agents, authors,
trainers, facilitators, coaches, and consultants who have worked in
the realms of Change, Growth, Communications, Marketing, and
Organizational and Personal Development actively since 1991.
Their focus is on developing
and working with people to help them achieve personal and business
successes. In addition to work with numerous companies
(large and small) they have extensive experience with non profit human
service agencies. Bob and Anne's work involves consulting and training
with these companies and agencies in the areas of Communications,
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Productivity, Outcome Focused
Planning and Thinking, Management Development, Coaching Skills for
Team Leaders, Effective Meeting and Presentation skills, Wellness and
Stress reduction, and Team and Relationship Building. They have
facilitated executive leadership groups in strategic planning and in
the implementation of Organizational Outcomes.
Bob & Anne have founded and run their own companies (Bob, Media -
Anne, Oriental paper imports and gift wrap) and have worked
extensively in management, marketing communication, market
development, sales and customer service training, both for themselves
and on consulting projects for key clients.
Anne and Bob are certified NLP Practitioners, Trainers, and Coaches
and are Affiliated with Brain Technologies (Thinking Style
Instruments), The David Lazear Group (Multiple-Intelligences), Chris
Cowan (Spiral Dynamics) and have studied with Jean Houston, Dudley
Lynch, David Lazear, Peter Kline, Marshall Rosenberg, Tony Robins,
Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Tim Hallbom, Kris Hallbom, Richard
Bandler, John Grinder, Tad James, Wyatt Woodsmall, Michael Banks,
Klaus Boetcher, David Gordon, Dr. Darren Weissman, Dr. Tom Bayne, Ram
Dass, and Tom Peters (to name only a few). They also study and
practice Solutions Focus. Both read (and practice
what they read) extensively in the areas of business, personal and
spiritual development, and new organizational paradigms. For Bob and
Anne training and consulting is a "healing art." Their approach is
systemic and holistic while being personal and integrative.
Not content to listen, they also are active with writing, voice over
work and audio design for training and other media programs.
